My Approach
Living with past/ongoing trauma or experiencing significant mental health symptoms can make life feel unmanageable. My practice is centered on the belief that we all have a version of wellness that is unique to us, and it is my role as a therapist to aid in connecting individuals to their whole, healthy selves. Life is full of challenges that can disrupt our well-being, and we are not meant to face these things alone. With support, challenges can become opportunities for healing and growth.
Theoretical frameworks that inform my practice include ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Multicultural Therapy.
