About the Group
This group is for individuals hoping to embrace a more mindful way of interacting with their lives, their struggles, and themselves. This group is geared towards beginners and is based on the practices and theories behind Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through this group, we will practice guided meditation, mindfulness-based activities, and group discussion to expand our understanding of ourselves and our experiences. Join us in this weekly group, as we explore what it means to live and embrace the present moment, explore techniques to cope with stress and self judgement, and learn life skills to live in a calmer state of mind.

Group Format
- This group will meet weekly, Wednesdays from 6:300pm-7:30pm
- It is intended for adults age 18+ and may have up to 8 participants per session, per group facilitator
- The group will be conducted as an open, drop-in format; however, registration is requested.

Cost for the group is:
