I believe that you are an expert on you and want assistance on your personal journey. I bring a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, allowing you to have a safe space to find the answers that you need along with challenging thought patterns that may hold you back. I combine a client-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and cultivate self-acceptance.
