College and early adulthood can bring a surprising amount of pressure. You may be trying to make important decisions about your career, relationships, and future while also managing anxiety, grief, ADHD, or the feeling that you should have everything figured out by now.

I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, grief and loss, career transitions, work-related anxiety, and stress. I especially enjoy supporting college students as they adjust to greater independence, manage academic and social pressures, and begin deciding what they want their lives to look like.

My style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, understand what is weighing on you, and talk honestly about what you need without fear of judgment. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical ways to manage stress, and find strategies that work with the way your mind works.

You do not have to arrive with everything neatly explained or know exactly what needs to change. We can begin wherever you are and work from there.
