Carrying it all in silence doesn’t mean it’s not heavy and you don’t have to carry it alone.
I work with kids, adults and parents; especially those navigating ADHD, burnout, inter-personal distress, and the constant push to hold it all together. My clients are often doing everything for everyone else, while quietly carrying the weight of their own struggles.
Whether you’re juggling work, family, or just trying to stay above water emotionally, therapy with me is about creating space where you don’t have to do it all alone. I bring a culturally aware, down-to-earth approach to healing. I understand how stress, generational patterns, and systemic challenges show up in our lives.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My goal is to help you reconnect with your voice, values, vision, and strength to create the life you want. My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate – no judgment, no lectures. Just space to be real, be seen, and grow as we untangle overwhelm, honor where you’ve been, and help you feel like yourself again.

Following five years of experience working with youth in social and school settings, I widened my experience to working with families and adults diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders.
I have worked in several different settings including private practice, at-risk youth programs, residential treatment programs, outpatient programs, community-based support programs, and student support services in Wake County Public Schools.
I have experience working with clients of all ages presenting with all diagnoses and life concerns, working with clients on the full range of behavioral, emotional, family, and life skills issues they may seek to change in their lives. Areas I work with include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, social isolation, social skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and emotional regulation skills. I also have experience facilitating therapeutic outpatient groups.
