When I was a defiant and moody teenager, my parents sought therapy for me. While I now gravitate toward working with adults, therapy was the first place I felt truly supported and understood. That experience gave me insight into how I think and relate to others, and it ultimately inspired me to create an environment for others that feels both validating and encouraging for growth.

I specialize in working with women diagnosed with ADHD later in life, supporting them through the mix of relief, challenges, and self-discovery that comes with a late diagnosis. My style is warm and collaborative, and I believe therapy works best when it feels real. That means I bring a mix of compassion, humor, and directness into sessions. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I don’t sugarcoat things, but I always balance honesty with empathy.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients clarify values and move toward what matters most, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Underneath it all, I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship itself, because real progress happens when you feel understood and connected.

If you are looking for a therapist who will listen, challenge you when needed, laugh with you in hard moments, and help you move toward the life you want, I’d love to partner with you.
