If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a place to explore what’s getting in the way and create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and create more flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support the processing of past experiences that continue to feel emotionally present in your life today. Throughout our work, I incorporate mindfulness to help you approach yourself with greater curiosity and understanding.

I especially enjoy working with clients who have spent years feeling like they’re β€œtoo much,” β€œnot enough,” or somehow different from the people around them, and are ready to approach themselves with a little more compassion. This may include teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, or challenges with self-worth.

If you’re looking for a supportive space to explore, grow, and better understand yourself, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
