Returns & Refunds

All sales of Third Wave merchandise, including glassware and apparel, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size selection, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions and sizing information before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@3rdwavetherapy.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or, if a replacement isn’t available, a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
