Life brings challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore those challenges and begin creating meaningful change.

I work with adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship struggles. My approach is collaborative and flexible, because I believe therapy should meet you where you are. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clarify values and build psychological flexibility, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery, and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to provide practical tools you can use in daily life.

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should be a place where you feel safe, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll focus on building coping skills, breaking free from unhelpful patterns, and moving toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with your goals.
