I believe that the challenges we face in life can also serve as opportunities to learn more about ourselves and grow. I am passionate about providing support and hope to those working toward healing, and I am dedicated to creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe therapeutic environment.

I recognize that every person brings unique strengths, challenges, and experiences to therapy, and I tailor treatment to meet each individual’s needs. I specialize in working with adults experiencing eating disorders, trauma-related concerns, and interpersonal challenges, and I have experience supporting clients of all genders, gender identities, and sexual orientations.

My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with somatic modalities. These approaches support clients in gaining insight into disordered behavior patterns, developing practical tools for managing urges and symptoms, and creating lasting recovery through healing relationships with food, body, and self.

In addition to my clinical work, I also provide clinical supervision to emerging clinicians. My goal as a supervisor is to foster growth, support the development of clinical skills, and encourage a thoughtful, ethical, and client-centered approach to psychotherapy.
