When you’re the person everyone depends on, it can be hard to admit that you’re struggling too. Maybe anxiety keeps you overthinking everything, a painful experience still affects you, or pregnancy and postpartum life don’t feel the way you expected. You may be trying to change your relationship with substances or simply wondering, “Why can’t I handle this better?”
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s keeping you stuck, build practical tools for the moments that feel hardest, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded and manageable.
As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) provider, I specialize in substance use recovery and perinatal mental health. I also use EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma and painful experiences that continue to shape how they feel and respond today.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

I have worked across a range of mental health and substance use treatment settings, supporting individuals through complex and often high-acuity challenges.Earlier in my career, I served as a Substance Abuse Specialist on an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, providing community-based care for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. I have also worked as an inpatient therapist within a behavioral health hospital system, offering individual, group, and family support to those experiencing mental health crises. I later transitioned into private practice, where I continue to provide mental health and substance use treatment.
My background also includes work within integrated care settings, including providing counseling as part of a comprehensive medical team for individuals living with HIV, as well as completing substance use assessments and individual and group counseling in community-based programs.
