What do I bring to the table as a therapist? Honestly, I’m not always sure how to answer that question. What I do know is that people tend to feel comfortable talking with me, even about the hard stuff. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a sense of humor into the room, and I believe those things matter more than having the “perfect” thing to say.

My approach to therapy is grounded in authentic connection and partnership. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or just trying to make sense of what’s not working, my first priority is to listen and understand. Talking things through out loud often brings clarity, and from there we can begin shaping a vision for your life that feels honest, meaningful, and actually doable.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. It can feel like a real conversation, one that helps you better understand yourself and take practical steps toward the life you want to be living.

I work with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I believe peace, joy, and contentment are available to everyone who pursues them. Therapy offers the chance for self-discovery and intentional growth, and I see it as a powerful tool to help us meet our needs in effective and sustainable ways.
