Whether it’s your first time trying therapy or you’ve been going to therapy for years – I’m honored you’re here! You may have an organized list of things you want to explore and process,
or you may be unable to put words to how you’re feeling right now. I often work with people navigating eating disorders/disorder eating, relationship difficulties, transitions, grief, and being a perfectionist in an imperfect world. No matter the circumstance, I am here to create and hold space for you to navigate life’s ups, downs, and everywhere in between.

Everyone is welcome into this space, and I will greet you with warmth, kindness, empathy, and maybe a little humor sprinkled in. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches (e.g., ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS) that will best benefit you as a person, not just to treat your diagnosis. We will work together to create a plan just for you.

Every week will look a little different, and I can’t guarantee you’ll always feel better, but I hope you’ll feel like you can at least take one deep breath. Ultimately, my job as your therapist is to get you to where you need to go.

When I’m not seeing clients, I am living my own very human life, wrangling my dog Freddie, finding any excuse to hang out with my friends, or running into someone I know at a local coffeeshop.
