Not all life experiences fit neatly into a box. Rather than a destination, healing is an ongoing process of tending a garden – requiring ongoing care, sunlight, nourishment, and the occasional removal of weeds to thrive!

I am Crystal O’Halloran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), I offer individualized therapy for adults and have over a decade of experience in the health and human services field.

My Approach
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. Because you are the expert in your own life, my role is to meet you where you are, help you navigate your concerns, and support you in achieving a better quality of life.

I am trained in and offer EMDR therapy as well as other evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. These approaches include, but not limited to: ACT, CBT, DBT, CFT, and mindfulness.

Areas of Focus
I bring a wide-angle view to mental health, offering neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming care.

I specialize in supporting individuals primarily navigating:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma, PTSD/CPTSD

  • Grief

  • Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain

  • ADHD, I/DD

  • Interpersonal & Attachment Concerns

  • Stress/Burnout

  • Life transitions

I also provide support for secondary areas of need, including life experiences with substance use, eating disorders/disordered eating, sleep issues, discrimination, abuse, as well as OCD, bi-polar/mood disorders, and anger management.

I am currently accepting virtual clients in North Carolina and Florida through Third Wave.
