Life is hard, so yes, let’s talk about it, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. Building strong trust between us is my top priority, because without that, real change can’t happen.
I combine evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy, all tailored to your unique needs. My specialty is helping folks with ADHD and neurodivergence better understand and lean into their strengths while managing challenges like social anxiety, focus struggles, and stress. Together we will build strategies that actually make sense for your life.
I also work with Bipolar Disorder, OCD, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is laid-back and supportive. I believe you deserve tools that work, insights that actually help, and a space where you can be real, let loose when needed, and feel seen.
If you are ready to embrace your unique self, get unstuck, and move toward what matters most, I am here to help.

Masters of Social Work, Western Carolina University
B.A. in Recreational Therapy, Middle Tennessee State University -
I’ve got a pretty varied background in mental health. I started with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from Middle Tennessee State University and then went on to get my Master’s in Social Work at Western Carolina University. Over the years, I’ve worked in crisis stabilization and inpatient settings, which has given me a solid understanding of what neurodiverse clients need. I focus on helping people manage anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, and I also support individuals on the autism spectrum. My approach to therapy is all about using evidence-based practices like Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. By mixing these methods, I can adapt to what each client needs, making sure they get the best support and effective therapy.
