What if therapy could be the place where you not only work through struggles, but also discover new strengths and a deeper sense of peace?
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can be authentic, vulnerable, and truly heard. I believe therapy is most powerful when it blends compassion with growthβwhere you receive both understanding and the tools to move forward with clarity.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use a holistic, person-centered approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities. ACT helps clients learn how to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings while still moving toward the life and values that matter most.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or major life transitions, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and expertise. Together, we will explore challenges, uncover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward a life of greater balance, fulfillment, and peace.

My experience has allowed me to work with diverse populations and address a wide range of mental health concerns. During my schooling, I provided trauma-informed care to survivors of domestic violence, which gave me valuable insight into the impact of trauma on individuals, families, and loved ones.
Through my time at Third Wave, I have expanded my knowledge of concerns such as OCD, panic disorder, and substance use, while building skills in mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other therapeutic approaches. These experiences have equipped me to help clients manage challenges and develop the tools needed to thrive in an individual therapy setting.
