If your brain has always seemed to work a little differently, you may have spent years wondering why things that seem easy for everyone else feel so hard.
Some of my favorite clients to work with are adults with ADHD and neurodivergence. I really enjoy working with people whose brains work a little differently, especially those who have spent years feeling frustrated by things like motivation, follow through, overwhelm, or the sense that life just seems harder than it βshould.β
Iβm also especially drawn to work where I can incorporate EMDR. Iβve seen how powerful it can be for people who understand why they feel the way they do but still feel stuck in the same patterns, reactions, or experiences. Sometimes insight is important, but insight alone doesnβt always create change.
More than anything, I want therapy to feel useful. My approach is collaborative, practical, and nonjudgmental. Weβll work together to understand whatβs getting in your way and build tools that actually make sense for your brain, your experiences, and your life.
I draw from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, existential theory, and a person centered approach. But you donβt need to know which type of therapy you need before you get started.
Whether youβre coming in for ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, or simply feeling stuck, we can start with where you are and figure out what comes next together.

My clinical training is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered approaches, with additional training in EMDR.
I have experience working with adults across the lifespan on concerns including ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, bipolar disorder, life transitions, relationship challenges, and menβs mental health.
A particular focus of my work is helping adults with ADHD and neurodivergence better understand how their brains work and develop practical strategies for executive functioning, motivation, overwhelm, and follow-through. I also use EMDR therapy with clients who feel stuck in patterns or reactions connected to difficult or traumatic experiences.
