Pain Reprocessing Therapy Group

Retraining the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body differently, breaking the cycle of chronic pain.
(Tuesdays, 6pm-7:30pm)

About the Group

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is an evidence-based type of therapy that retrains the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body differently, with the goal of breaking the cycle of chronic pain or other symptoms. This group will teach you about the brain’s role in chronic pain, and you will learn techniques to take control of your pain and gain relief from symptoms in a supportive environment with others going through the same process.
