My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where we work together toward your goals. I prioritize a holistic approach by understanding your needs and investigating the impact of your experiences, relationships, and personal values on the issues that are bringing you into therapy. I combine acceptance-focused therapy with cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With couples, I seek to understand and value each person and their perspective. I use emotionally-focused therapy to explore and restructure the interactions and build connection within the relationship.
