My Approach
I approach therapy from the stance that emotional well-being is equally as important as physical well-being. I individualize treatment sessions by integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to best meet each client’s needs. In therapy sessions, I collaborate with clients to explore patterns and develop an understanding of the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that this empowers clients to develop insight, create intention, and a have deeper sense of purpose.
