My Approach

Recovery can be overwhelming with feelings of fear, doubt, and the unknown. This can also bring on resistance and confusion; not knowing what direction to go, with some possible bumps in the road. Recovery can also bring on feelings of joy, empowerment, with all the possibilities to live an effective and fulfilling life. Therapy is a place you can explore that vulnerability and gain more insight and tools to transition into your authentic self. As your therapist I hope to assist in your journey of healing and self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment. I have a holistic approach providing an accepting, nonjudgmental, and fun space for you to grow; recovery can be fun even if it may not appear that way yet.
