My Approach

Our stories are powerful and our experiences shape us in unique, beautiful and sometimes painful ways. I am here to equip and empower you as you develop insight and cultivate tools to pursue the life you desire. I strive to foster a safe, compassionate and collaborative relationship in which you feel seen, heard and valued. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who may be experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship difficulties, adjusting to transitions, and substance use. I utilize a client-centered approach and based on your unique experiences and preferences, I may incorporate different approaches into our sessions which could include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Reaching out for help and support is not a weakness, it is a courageous step towards healing and growth. I would be honored to join you in your pursuit of authenticity, peace, and mental health.
