My Approach
We as humans are social beings and we live with systems that influence how we respond and behave in life. I believe that you are an expert on you and want assistance on your personal journey to work through those systems to be your authentic self. I bring a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, allowing you to have a safe space to find the answers that you need along with challenging thought patterns that may hold you back. I combine a client-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and movement to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and cultivate self-awareness and self-acceptance.
