My style as a therapist is collaborative and supportive. I aim to create an open, honest, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore life’s ups and downs. I am passionate about helping clients grow through their life experiences toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of living. My goal is to support each individual through their own journey of healing, growing, and living a meaningful life. To do this, I use a variety of experiential techniques such as Expressive Arts Therapy and Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This helps us creatively explore what is going on while helping to develop effective coping skills. I believe in the therapeutic power of creating art to express and explore emotions in a new way while processing the experience of living. I use a warm, empathetic, Person Centered approach while incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) principles.
