My Approach
I am a licensed psychologist with over 35 years of experience in the behavioral health field. For more than 20 years, I served as a forensic evaluator at a state psychiatric hospital and owned a private therapy practice. I have trained and mentored students and early-career professionals and served on various healthcare committees and professional boards.
I enjoy helping clients with personal growth, work-related stress, work/life balance, career exploration, anxiety, sports performance and injury, grief and loss, depression, sexual orientation, family or interpersonal conflict, cross-cultural understanding, mood dysregulation, trauma, traumatic brain injury and stroke recovery, disability management, and aging. I enjoy collaborating with clients who seek to improve their well-being and live their best lives. Using a strength-based approach, I help clients find solutions and create the changes they desire.
