Director of Clinical Development / Therapist

My Approach

The choice to enter therapy is one that is not lightly made. I take this into account in the development of the therapeutic relationship with individuals who are looking to improve coping skills, gain insight, and improve relationships that lead to an improved quality of life. I believe that individuals are innately strong and resilient, but sometimes need assistance in uncovering these qualities. Whether it is difficulty adjusting to a new life course or feeling lost in the depths of depression and anxiety, I am here to provide a safe place for self-exploration.

As a clinical social worker, I provide a holistic and collaborative approach. I have experience and training in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, perinatal mood disorders, relationship issues, and difficulty adjusting to life events. Your experience is unique and therefore therapy will be tailored to meet your wellness goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused approaches.
