My Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, as I believe a solid therapeutic relationship is essential in helping you gain insight and thrive in your life. I want you to feel as though you are in control. My aim is to support each person through their own personal journey. I focus on concepts of trust and creating a safe environment, so you feel free to process thoughts, develop healthy coping skills, and focus on reducing, managing and eliminating symptoms. Therapy is individualized and determined by each person’s needs and goals. I emphasize open and honest communication while maintaining a non-judgmental approach throughout treatment.
