My Approach
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for my clients to explore emotions, life experiences, and ways to improve quality of life. Whether this is your first therapy experience, or you’ve done this before, I will endeavor to meet you exactly where you are in your life journey. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, and together we tailor your interventions to meet your specific needs. I believe in the benefits of acknowledging vulnerabilities, difficult behaviors, and unpleasant feelings, while also encouraging my clients to remain grounded in their unique set of strengths and values.
