With an emphasis on controlled breathing and building body awareness, yoga at Third Wave is more of a mental workout than a physical workout. Free classes available for all active Third Wave clients.


Wellness coaches are trained and experienced in the process of behavior change and help people make lifestyle changes in areas such as physical fitness, diet, career, and personal relationships. Meet one-on-one with a trained mental wellness professional with a focus on setting and working towards specific behavioral goals.


Massage therapy can be a great way to reduce the physical and mental tension associated with chronic stress and anxiety and has even been shown to help reduce depression. It also just feels good.
