About the Group
This group serves as a space for loved ones of individuals experiencing eating disorders (EDs) to process the challenges of caring for someone with an eating disorder. Open to parents, partners, and adult siblings, this group is a place to discuss the myriad of emotions, trials, and triumphs that come from loving a person with an eating disorder. The group’s main function is to provide support to those caring for loved ones with EDs, but will also provide resources and psychoeducation as appropriate. Group members will have the opportunity to share their stories of having a child, spouse, or sibling with an eating disorder, and to give and receive support to one another.
