Taking the first steps towards seeking help can be difficult, but through this difficulty, growth and transformation can occur. You have everything within you needed to live a happier and more fulfilling life; my job is to help get you there.
It is my personal belief that therapy is most effective when the therapist and client work together as a team to collaborate on an effective treatment plan and concrete goals. I work from a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach while also utilizing techniques from Person-Centered therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, depending on the needs of the client.
My areas of focus are adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADD, PTSD, grief and loss, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and women’s issues. My work is open and affirming and I am committed to helping and respecting those who identify as LGBTQ+ and people from all faiths and walks of life.
